  • Invoice factoring.
  • Asset-based lending.
  • Term bank lines of credit which must be paid in full at the end of one (1) year. Furthermore, the borrower indebtedness to the bank must remain a zero for 30 days, which is known as the "cleanup period," before the bank will extend a new line of credit.
  • Term equipment and inventory loan amorized over a 3 to 5 year term.
